Kfc - Apple Valley

I went today at 1:30 to get some chicken. I was craving. Got it home and it was as dry as a mummy the fries were dry and so was The biscuit. The only thing I could enjoy was the drink. I usually get good food but the stars were not were not.

We haven?t been to KFC for a long time now but we came here to take out lunch. we got 2 Chicken Sandwich Combo boxes and our drink is Mountain Dew Sweet Lighting it just tastes like sour peach flavor. Recommend this to anyone. ????????????????

Went to the drive thru 6/19/22 at 6:10 the line moved super slow, not sure why, but when we went on nobody said something for a long time, so we said hello a few times to no answer! So maybe we thought it didn't work, so we drove to the window where we saw that 2 youngs worked, so we sat and waited, but they never came into the window. they saw us and ignored us completely! So we went away and took our business differently. so disappointing I have supported kfc for the longest time, because I do not want them to close like the rest of them. But today I can no longer support if they have allowed people to act as they do to the customers. answer to the owner - if we heard a response that we had not left, we would have waited the car before us too. I'm not sure how you expected us to know what's going on when there was no communication. we have not screamed or screamed like these other customers. we waited, but as I said, the opponents no one reacts. If we could get someone to tell us that we would draw the drive for the situation and let us know that we would wait, we would not have just gone. it doesn't matter if you said you had reacted, but isn't the person working on the drive that should say something first? we waited if there was nothing thru, so we started to say hello I'm just trying to say that we were ignored so we left. If someone could at least say we're right with them, we would have waited.

Went in and ordered was out within 5 minutes! That’s was fast it usually takes forever, I’m very satisfied since I haven’t even here in over 2 years , the food was hot and do delicious too looking forward to coming back

It was a quick bite to satisfy some after church hunger. I enjoyed every morsel, the staff is friendly and courteous. The lady who took my order was super busy, but she made it look easy.
