Bidra med feedbackIt’s an excellent restaurant, with good service and a very interesting menu and a long wine list. The portions are large enough. They make their own bread in different kinds and all very good. We had an amuse bouche , then we shared pear ravioli (four big dumplings each). As a main we had a fantastic deer with a super sauce and roasted mutton that was a little tough. The chestnut soufflé was rather dry but it got much better with its cranberry sauce and quince jam. The price is what you expect for this type of restaurant.
A very good restaurant one star, excellent cooking that is worth a detour, exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey . Now this is not Macdonald or Pizzeria what you pay here is right for quality one star Michelin wine list excellent. While food quality is incredibly important, it is the experience diners have from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you exit counts clody Luca they know the art of good service . Highly recommended this place
We went into this restaurant guided by the one star of the MICHELIN guide. Food was average with nothing particular and not relevant from a one star restaurant. Service was average. So quite surprising!
Cosy place with typical furnishings of the area. The cuisine is also the typical but wisely reproduced by the excellent couple Herbert and Daniel Hintner, respectively babbo and son. Very good raw materials used. Professional and attentive service. Interesting wine card.
On vacation in the area, I could not exempt from visiting this classic kitchen. Perhaps there will be no adventures and studs, but a solid and expert hand will lead you to taste delicious dishes, with excellent tips in pumpkin holes to shrimps in zucchini broth, rhombus with fennels and gnocchetti to basil, a super lamb in chamomile crust, mushrooms schiitake, shallot. All can be accompanied by excellent wines to the glass or chosen by the supplied paper. Excellent service, prices at the level.
