Sala's Hawaiian Slurp Shack - Apopka

On October 9th, I had the pork sandwich with mango salsa. Yummy! A great big sandwich overflowing with pork. Now tell what those chips were. I couldn't stop eating them. I had a bite of the cheese steak my husband ordered and was about to be jealous til I looked down. You know cause pork is the other white meat, no guilt. Oh, and loved the fruit tea. It was relaxing to watch the power point of Hawaii. It was our 33rd Anniversary. We like to try new places.

Excellent food and very accommodating. The owner helped me create a vegan dish that was perfect. My husband loved the Surfer Dog! We will definately be back.

We love this place! I started a post on Apopka Rants and Raves and there were over 400 likes of Apopka inhabitants who have eaten here or very soon. It is a family owned and operated place and has tons of personality. Weather You want lunch, dinner or just take the kids for a shaved ice cream, this is the best place!

The food is so good!! I tried the hot dogs, Kalua pork and Teriyaki beef. It's all so amazingly good. The atmosphere is great! Staff are always so nice when we go. The best part is dessert! The shaved ice is just as they do in Hawaii. This is one of my family favorite places to go.
