Chick-fil-a - Apopka

I 'm very disappointed with this location. I 've lived here a long time and have gone here hundreds of times, never upset with the service provided. Friendly faces eager to make sure I have a great experience. Lately, for whatever reason, that feeling is just gone. It just feels like another McDonald 's. Often times the people in the window will just hand me food and not say anything, let alone even look at me. Since this is the only Chick-fil-A anywhere near me, I have to drive about 20 minutes to go here, and today was probably the last time I plan to visit this location. I ordered breakfast at around 10:15, a large order for a whole family, within the time frame as I usually do. I get there at around 10:35 and the person out front tells me it 's too late and that the order must be cancelled even though I made the order 20 minutes ago. I 've worked in food for awhile and I KNOW it works where you are to take orders up until the time frame ends and finish them, not cancel them once it reaches it. No consolation for my time wasted. No remorse. I 've never had this problem before any time I 've ordered prior to 10:30. Incredibly disappointed. Hopefully the new location will have a different staff because this one 's not upholding the Chic-fil-A reputation at all.

Me and my family love chicken fillet , we love and our children love that they have a playground for the children that is inside. Everyone has forgot how much the children love to play. I mean that's like the best thing about going to a restaurant when I was a child. In the service is amazing, quick and fast always and good food. This one is in Ormond Beach.

You sit in line for half an hour or more and then get a salad full the worst piece of a head lettuce...and the prices are so high..why??

Very disappointed with their pickup service. Can someone explain to me why they only start your order AFTER you arrive? Defeats the entire purpose of picking up an order. If you do choose the service, say that you've arrived beforehand. The wait is a MINIMUM of 12 minutes and the reality is much longer than that if they come out at all. The entire pickup area is covered by their drive thru line.
