Noodles And Company - Apex

I have tried to bring my daughter 4 times and it has never been completely open when it is called. either accidental training times cause it to be closed or it only picks up online.

Collect me spicy Korean noodles instead of Japanese noodles, my child tipped bc the Korean plate is spicy and ate a big bite before she realized what it was. I have it out and no time to drive back the 15 minutes to handle it. also added for the bark, and my child did not get my where's the bark commented, but there was hardly one. we were shopping in apex had a taste for noodles and co, as those close to our house have closed (parkwest and parkside.) to say that we do not make this mistake again, and reminded me of why the other 2 spots went out of business.

This place is never open during their posted hours and today took orders online for times they were?t open. My self and 3 other independent people stood outside the doors today, had to call the girl inside to receive refunds because we were all there to pick up online orders at 12 but they had decided not to open until 2 and left online order for any reason. The staff is hard on all these days, but the lack of communication and inconvenience will be the kiss of death for this place. I love noodles, but I have not managed to order successfully since before the COVID because they are never open when they say they are. Very disappointed and will not try this place again.

My last few visits to the Beaker Creek site were surprisingly good, and I? ve was very happy with my meals. My family has avoided this place since the last few years because we have been too often dissatisfied with problems with our orders. We're glad we gave them another chance.

I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn't like what I ordered because it had no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want to understand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let's give them the benefit of the doubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn't know her name) was super kind and nice. Another thing that seemed super sad to me and that unfortunately many places do, is that even if you eat in, they give EVERYTHING in plastic containers ?????. I personally am a person who is very much in favor of recycling and zero plastics, and the amount of plastic that is generated in these types of restaurants is terrifying! Anyway, I left with a feeling of: what a way to damage our planet, plus I didn't eat well. At least someone did! ?
