Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was hot and fresh, worth the drive and will be back.

As we went through the drive thru we noticed they were parking cars to bring out orders. I understand you have a window time but this is cheating the system and it causes problems. Paying $50 for three meals at a fast food place is unfair as it is… we paid and we’re instructed to park. We needed ranch for the fries and chicken strips and asked before we parked. Our order was brought out and we proceeded home. I, my self am injured and my wife is 8 months pregnant. We got home just to realize we didn’t receive the chicken strips my pregnant wife wanted and no sauce. Who eats fries or strips with no sauce?? I tried to call but couldn’t get through. So being the awesome provider I am, I rushed down to get them for her. The girl at the counter questioned my issue, and never apologized. She bagged up the chicken strips that were still sitting there handed them to me and walked away. Do we train people to be cowards now?? I missed eating our “cheap” meal with the family, my sandwich and fries were cold when I got home, and my wife is upset. It’s not that hard. Thanks Carls Jr…

I had lunch here with a friend yesterday. I want to commend the employees. The lady at the register was so nice and personable. She was very accommodating and so was the young man working. I felt very welcome. So nice in fact, I’m going to go back as a repeat customer. The super star was good and fresh. Great job Carl’s, you’re employees rock! They both deserve a raise!

2 California burgers 1 spicy chicken, burgers were cold and bread, dry cold, means they were sitting in the warming tray or whatever you use to keep meat warm, not good. Spicy chicken was ok, but could of been better

The food was good, relaxed atmosphere and cleaned up a bit since last visit. Gained a star back!
