This place is a real gem!!! 4 excellent dishes with adequate complexity and excellent combinations and wines. Beautiful location with open kitchen and good atmosphere. The service was perfect, too. A great culinary experience of high quality, it was a four-course menu, very tasty meals and good service, if we are in Antwerp, we will certainly return. Matty deserves a score of 5 stars simply because he keeps his promises in an excellent way. Plat after dish is cleverly prepared and carefully balanced. It looks like an experienced hand that thought artistically at each plate, then prepared it effortlessly just for you. It has a somewhat old, but clean and visibly well maintained interior. The restaurant has recently changed hands and plans to renovate it as soon as there is time and money. It is certainly not a reason not to visit, because again, it is simply not as trendy as some other places, but always very comfortable and chic. The service is extremely competent, attentive and has an old-fashioned service air in high-class restaurants, mixed with a more personal approach. We felt very well taken care of, although it was not a place where we usually went to eat, we spent a fantastic night. It was recommended to us by several people of an older generation than us, but food was young and inspired. Well, dessert was a real miracle. We'd just go back there for that.
