Bidra med feedbackAfter spending a few weeks in Mexico I did not have too high expectations on finding good tacos in Antigua. These however were surprisingly good. Some creative combinations, so not necessarily traditional but all really fresh and tasty with good salsas. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good beers from the tap.
You paying top dollar for good enough food but then again you’re asking for Mexican food in Guatemala so you get what you pay for. This place I recommend the shrimp tacos they look cool for you to post on social media. The customer service is great and most importantly they have the WIFI just ask for the code. Tip already included so don’t feel like you need to get hustled any more.
A tiny taco shop that provides table service despite its diminutive size. The tacos are tasty although they are a little different from Mexican street tacos, which is fine since it's not Mexico. As far as beverages there is beer and soda, the bill will come with a 10% gratuity included (as do all bills in Antigua). The service is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. I'd come here again
I ordered the 8 tacos: vegetarian, shrimp with bacon, fish and tempura shrimp. Although they were all delicious and full of taste, my favorites were the 2 shrimp tacos. I will definitely be back for the two. The staff is friendly, great. Yes, it is expensive, but portion sizes are fair and everything was fresh, well prepared and presented.
A stop on the Tipsy Tour with Jamila, and she nailed it. Small shop with the best tacos. The Shrimp and Bacon were a favorite, with the Cactus tacos a close second. Fantastic fresh margaritas and the guacamole was perfect. Loved sitting in the window and having a bite and watching the world go by. Also, check out the eagle mural on the wall, it’s really cool.
