Fairly slow. Sandwich ok. Still Better then subway. Also when they get a delivery order wrong they apologize with expired coupons. That they may or may not honor.

BEWARE when ordering online through their website. They charged me but never received the order. I called them right away as i got a text from my bank saying i was charged for the order despite Jimmy Johns website saying it couldnt be processed. I called them and after them passing me around to two different employees the manager said call your bank, we have been having this problem recently .... my bank is fine and it works just fine everywhere else. Nothing freakishly fast about this order lmao.....

Called to get lunch delivered I was told you all don’t come this far. It’s off Alpine In Ramsey. Pretty sure Jimmy John’s is in Ramsey but ok. Will no longer be calling this Place. It’s ridiculous and very disappointing!

*update. I did hear back from the manager of this location who seemed genuinely concerned and agreed two orders not delivering is fustrating and not okay. (Awesome, right?! The manager apologized, said she'd talk to staff and would be sending a gift card for the inconvenience. Surprise. Over a month and no gift card. I am happy to report I have been ordering online with subway, redeeming points for free subs and saving money. Subway is directly across the street. ..so consider ordering online with subways app, redeeming points and saving money. I've been ordering from this jj for over a year with no issues. Last time I ordered, my order never delivered. I called over an hour later and the driver insisted he delivered the order, which was not at my door. We confirmed address and a new order was eventually brought out. Today I ordered again, SAME thing happened. I called and again they insisted the order was delivered. It was not. I work from home and carry a schedule. I ordered lunch to have in-between meetings. I requested a refund. I simply don't have time to be chasing orders in-between meetings.

Ramsey so far is the best jimmy johns I have had. They followed what I was asking and the sandwich tasted the way I wanted it to . Usually I get a tiny bit of mayo hardly any peppers and tomatoes. Very well done and as always fast
