Papa John's - Annapolis

Dad! John's is my way to making pizza. The crust is authentic for the small town of Pizza that I grew up with. The sauce is tasteful and also authentic. They seem to use good quality ingredients. I usually visit Papa John's at the mall at the corner of Forest Drive and Hillsmere. I also appreciate the people here who are friendly and welcoming.

I ordered pizza on Thursday night. The only small complaint I have was that I didn't receive a confirmation tracking email like I usually, but not a big deal. The supplier delivered my order at 10:45 in Arnold and he forgot the soda I had with my order. He apologised and was nice enough to go all the way back to the store in Annapolis to get my soda and drive it back to me in Arnold. I saw his car arrived at 11:30, I left the outdoor and indoor lighting so he knew I was still awake. I was ready to answer the door and instead of ringing or knocking the door bell, he was even sweeter and left my soda in a bag on my veranda with extra garlic sauce! He went beyond everything for Soda! Very satisfied with their customer service!

The website sates that this Papa Johns will deliver to my address but the restaurant decided that it was not a place they wanted to deliver. They cancelled my order. They attempted to call and email but i was unavailable at work, hence why i placed an order ahead for my family for dinner. When i called in about the order the manager on duty was rude and acted like i should have just known that they don 't deliver our street. when i mentioned that it is inconvenient for the website to not mention that he rudely reminded me that He DID try to call me. It is no wonder that Papa Johns is losing business. I will not be buying Papa Johns anymore. There food is not good enough to deal with the Management that seems to constantly have a bad attitude. I have never gone to a Papa Johns and been treated well. If Corporate reads this at any level re examine your company if you want to survive.

Service is great and pizza is good.
