Bella Italia - Annapolis

I ate at Bella Italia tonight and ordered a sandwich without onions and without tomatoes. The sandwich came with tomatoes and the staff did nothing to compensate me while I was eating and eating. I took off the tomatoes and ate because I was hungry, but where was their hospitality when they got my simple order wrong? No toilet paper in both toilets and the cleanliness of the restaurant was far from Godly! Employees also talk to each other how customers have? This place should be called? Bella Mexicano?, it's not really Italian.

Quick and easy Italian restaurant in West Annapolis. Within walking distance to my job, so very convenient for my 30 min lunch break!!! Always fresh, hot and delicious!

Very good Italian food. I had the lobster ravioli, which was a special. Sauce was excellent and ravioli were very good. My son's had spaghetti and pepperoni pizza that they both enjoyed. Very good quality and not overpriced.

I love this place and always have had a good experience with the food and service. I called and ordered takeout for 2 slices of pizza to pick up on the way to a friend's house. I shorty realized that I did not have my wallet. I called and told them that I am sorry but I will not be coming because I cannot pay, they rudely told me to not call back there and hung up on me. I was very disappointed with the way that I was treated, not sure that they will be my go to place anymore.....

My wife and I visited the Bella Italia on a Saturday evening at 9:36. I found the chairs were on top of the tables and the staff was mopping the floor. I asked if they were open and he replied yes, I asked if we could dine in and he said no, we close at 10:20; this was almost an hour prior to the time he stated, and the door and the website said that they close at 10;45. When I inquired about another restaurant where we sit and eat they seemed irritated and told me we are open, you can order here, you just can 't eat here ; they just didn 't get it. I have eaten here with my son before and the food is OK at best, but after this I will not return.
