Auntie Anne's - Annapolis

Everytime my family and I go to any mall, Walmart etc we usually get Auntie Anne’s and we are never disappointed. Today we stopped at The kiosk and the cinnamon nuggets were rock hard and my two year old threw it. I wasn’t upset I just stopped at the next kiosk and asked for fresh ones. Reason I’m leaving this review because instead of apologizing it was like an interrogation like I was trying to pull something off. The girl had unnecessary attitude at me because they sold me over baked old stale pretzel nuggets. Luckily I had my receipt and said I just got them not even 5 mins ago. After confirming with someone else she gave me new ones and threw away my receipt. I said thank you and she ignored me. Absolutely rude.

Yummy pretzels and awesome staff! The manager guy is always friendly and very helpful. Overall, wonderful visit each and every time. They also just opened a new smaller location just right in front of JC Penney.

I went to tante anne’s and they usually give 50% discount on mall staff. the girl gave me only 20% and when I asked her, she said that tante anne changed it. I think it's messed up and ignorant that tante anne has done this. They already calculate excessive prices, why choose them so greedy? you lost my business.

For some reason, this Auntie Anne inside Walmart Glen Burnie experienced a weird technical fault. Sadly, the staff seemed to have not to figure out the AA app. The machine goes out of order when a customer uses an app to redeem rewards or promo. With the convenience of being inside a store, it is not enough to feel good about it because this Auntie Anne is the most frustrating pretzel store. I rather get my warm almond pretzel at Auntie Anne in any mall that here.

Instead of purchasing three pretzel cups, we ended up getting a large bucket of nuggets. After a short wait, we received fresh, hot nuggets that were not only delicious but also more plentiful than the cups we had considered. Additionally, we received extra chips, which made it easy to share in the car. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.
