Stoneground Bakery - Annandale

This caffe is one of my favourites. coffee is one of the best in annandale and the handmade bread, cake and other baked goods are superior in taste and quality. good sort also my place for rye multigrainbrot (only at the...weekend baked), roast beef sandwiches and the best chickenspins and sweets I have ever tasted. the personal is very good at what they do and is a pleasure to deal with.

The croissant was quite stale, as was the top of the torte, which appeared tasty and fancy. I questioned how fresh they were. The torte was good, but a bit slimmer than expected for the price. Overall, it was a decent size and held together well.

This restaurant serves the best bread, pastries, cakes, orange juice, and coffee. The service is always friendly and consistently excellent. It never fails to impress.

We stopped by Stoneground Bakery for a quick meal. I ordered a burger with chips and salad, while my wife opted for a sandwich. The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly that we immediately felt welcome in Australia on our first day.

We walk our dogs on weekends so it’s good to find cafes where we can sit outside with them and enjoy a coffee and a meal. Many cafes in this are are dog friendly of course, but some are easier to manage than others, depending...on seating layout. This is a bakery with only minimal seating out the front, but if you time it right it’s a good spot. The pre made sandwiches were very tasty, we had the rare roast beef and the poached chicken. The strawberry tarts are delicious, good thick custard inside. And they make a decent iced latte.
