Bidra med feedbackMy partner and myself went to the Anna bay store on 7/8/19. We walked in at 6.20pm, the advertised closing time is 6.30 pm but were told that they were closed. I asked why they were closed and the young guy behind the counter said but we 've had a big day . Very disappointed with the attitude.
Why is Anna Bay subway advertising open till 6:30 pm when clearly they are not, when staff were asked why they were closed before public advertised time the attitudes of the staff was horrible. Explanation was but we finish work at 6:30pm, the female shrugged her shoulders and said well it seems silly to advertise close at 6:20. Not the only time we have had bad service many occassions at breakfast time we are told theres no egg!!! Go figure. The worst attitudes and service!!!
Worst subway ever. Nothing but rude and angry people working here. DO NOT GO HERE.
2 of us went there today. We we are locals have been customers a number of times previously. Never again. No rolls in the middle of the day. Customer service provided by a surly argumentative piece of work who clearly thought customers' requests were an intrusion on her time. Her disdain for serving the public and showing common decency to the other workers left us with a nasty taste. If the owners or management read this, smarten up with choosing your workers. This one has cost you repeat customers. Word of mouth will cost you also.
Terrible, worker who was serving guy in front of us dropped a piece of tomato on floor picked it up threw it in bin then picked up more and went to finish making his sandwich with same glove on that had touched floor with, when bloke mentioned to her she couldn’t understand what the issue was and went to continue to make the sandwich with same glove until he demanded it be changed then she proceeded to turn around and whinge to another worker about it!We order our two sandwiches with a different worker along with a large drink we had ridden our bikes over 2kms just to have lunch there then ride home, ate our lunch after waiting 5 mins for them to find the bbq sauce and refill it then to go over to fill up our cup for the drink and none of the buttons were working or the ice section so then had to wait another over 5 mins for it to be fiddled about with until could get the drink to come out slowly. Sat outside finished our meal then went inside and asked the older worker (not manager) if was ok to put a little bit of ice in our drink bottle for the bikes to ride back, she questioned wether we bought subway to start with then was not happy at all about me wanting a bit of ice only, said I didnt have my cup and they don’t do refills but reluctantly said can have a bit so I got a tiny bit!! Had our own extra bottle of water to put in with it. Then I went back in to look at sunnies to buy a pair to ride back with as was glary and because the sunglasses stand was next to drink machine she came flying over in front of everyone being extremely rude and yelling that she watched me and I already got my ice and am not to touch the machine again!!! I said I’m only looking at the sunnies and it was only a bit of frozen water anyway that I had already got a bit of, but she just walked off mumbling something and being very rude while everyone was watching.All over a tiny bit of ice to cool our own water down after spending $20 there only 20 mins beforehand!! Was going to start riding down there every second day to have lunch but after our first experience today NEVER again worst customer service have ever had and worst subway been to!!! To humiliate customers like that and begrudge them a few pieces of ice especially after two stuff ups and having wait so long when rode and riding bikes in heat for a fair distance just to eat in their restaurant is disgusting and the way we were spoken to and treated along with the bloke in front of us was horrendous!!! She even bent down and looked in cupboard underneath probably to see if ice or drink levels had changed. Disgusting there are definitely a couple especially her that should not be working in the customer service industry! .Thanks for ruining our day and making us feel like thieves and embarrassed. Will make sure to tell as many as can and will never return there for anything including petrol as it was the only station we bought our petrol from as only live couple kms away but will go elsewhere from now on!!!
