Tim Hortons - Ann Arbor

Pros- The Tim-bits and iced cappuccino were delicious, and the employee was friendly. Cons- The bathroom was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in a while (see photos). We ordered two chicken chipotle wraps, one without tomato, but both had no tomatoes. Additionally, the lettuce was wilted and unappetizing. We would not consider stopping here again.

We waited 27 minutes for 4 coffees and 4 simple breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant. The eggs looked old, the sandwiches were disappointing, and most of the employees were unprofessional and unhelpful. One customer asked for his coffee after waiting 25 minutes, and the lady making it was rude and forgot to put ice in his iced coffee. Another employee openly complained about working there and expressed a preference for working in a bar instead. Despite the challenges of understaffing and shortages in the food industry, the customers were patient and kind, yet the employees did not treat them well. None of the sandwiches were edible, and 70% of the food and drinks were thrown away. While 3 out of 4 coffees were decent, the pumpkin spice latte was undrinkable due to a strange flavoring. We spent around $50 and were very disappointed with the service and quality. It's understandable that times are tough, but there is room for improvement in both the service and food/drink quality.

First time at this location to pick up a mobile order for a few boxes of Timbits! Customer service was quick and friendly! I was happy the order was ready within a few minutes, as I was in a hurry. No wait around 9:15am...will be back again! Thanks, Abe! ????

There was only one staff member working at the restaurant when we visited, and they accidentally forgot to give us our donut. However, when we went inside to retrieve it and asked for a receipt (I prefer keeping receipts for future reference), they were very courteous and apologized for the oversight. It was a minor issue and we appreciated their understanding and apology.

Both grilled cheeses were burnt on one side and uncooked on the other. Employee on speaker and at window was unenthusiastic and quiet. Order took much longer than other Tim Horton?s locations such that the line grew pretty long behind me. Very unprofessional location.
