Shoutout to our server for not only being on top of everything including refills but for honestly telling us that he agreed with me about the bone in ribeye that's been on their menu being an awful cut that should be removed (it's the only bad steak I've ever ordered at any Outback-too marbled, not at all as flavored as the 10oz regular ribeye-bland and too much fat . I was hesitant about ordering the tomahawk because of that bone but he assured me (correctly! that it was a phenomenal cut! Best steak I've ever had! Big enough to share at 35oz and THICK!! Got mine done medium and hats off to the griller, he got it perfect!
Food was excellent as usual. Our waitress was not very attentive, though. Did not offer any desert, just gave us the bill. Needless to say he tip was on the low side.
I did not expect such a delicious meal from here. It was my first time so I went with the classics Blooming Onion and the Filet/Lobster combo. The taste to portion size to price ratio was great among the best chain restaurants I’ve ever been to. Service was good too and the ambiance was very pleasant. All in all a very satisfying experience
This location has always been one of my favorite places to dine. All items on the menu are good. Service is always fantastic, especially at the bar. Star, Hannah, Yolanda and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will travel well out of my way to eat and this location. Thank you and please keep up the great work!
After leaving another restaurant for lack of service, we were cheerfully greeted and seated at a table of our choice. Our wait person, Gina, was also very cheerful, courteous and helpful. It made us feel appreciated. Service was very prompt and the meal not rushed. The food was excellent. A very good experience.
