I went there twice recently and noticed the tea quality has significant gone down. And after two years, they still have not cleaned up the boxes around the tables.

Quick, reliable, and tasty tea. Nothing too special but a very painless process regardless.

Delicious and with a great amount of boba! Usually I'm trying not to drink too much of the boba pearls so I have some throughout my entire drink journey. However, this wasn't even a thought with this great drink!FYI, the cheese foam is more like cream cheese. Meaning it's sweet and a great topper for your drink. I was apprehensive until I learned what it was.Totally random, but the cups were very cute and super sturdy too (medium had a panda lid). Nice little touch that was unexpected.

A wonderful variety of flavors and beautiful drinks makes it really hard to choose!! I was like a kid in a candy shop taking in everything. They have electric kiosks to order and the wait is a bit long. I would give a higher rating if not for this most recent negative encounter. The kiosk charged me but they didn't receive the order and we waited like 15 mins before asking what was causing the delay. They then told us to go and call the kiosk company which took a long time and such a hassle for just a single drink. I recommend their grapefruit drinks!!

This is the best boba tea place in Ann Arbor! I love their taro bubble tea, haven't tasted better taro anywhere else. Thank you for the deliciousness!Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegetarian
