Mcdonald's - Ann Arbor

Actually had their lobby open, the place was clean, fast, quite efficient, even though the significantly lost new guy who worked the register was easy. not wanted to be there. hard to expect a good work ethnically from gen z arbeiter atm, if all they want it Chi-Tok stars and famous for worthless clout. as well as eating again and again it was mcdonald's departure and it was good enough for what I paid.

Longest wait times ever. Literally spent 15 minutes in line one day and almost 20 the next. Line just not moving and no one directing large orders to pull to the side.

We ate here several mornings while visiting our grandson. Best decaf coffee we've had at a McDonalds. And, if they have to brew it you're sitting inside, they bring it to you. Living in FL now, we miss the friendliness polite attitude of the Midwest..thanks McDonalds crew, for renewing our faith in people being kind!!!

Quick in and out right off I-94, only issue I had was that the soda i ordered was VERY light on syrup so it didn't taste much like dr. Pepper. But not the worst I have had from a McDonald's, I am sure ite doesn't happen often. They just need to check on their in use supplies more often.

By far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The fries are always right out of the frier, like burn-your-mouth fresh. The burgers are assembled with care and actually look like the product photos. I understand that this is fast food, so our expectations should be somewhat low, but this McDonald’s raises the bar substantially. We live MUCH closer to another location but drive farther to Zeeb road every single time. Also, the employees here are always in an emphatically good mood for some reason. I don’t know what management is doing at this location, but it should be studied by McDonald’s corporate as the model for their entire franchise.
