Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ann Arbor

I ordered yesterday catering for 25 people and everything was great! all eating was amazing and it was very organized. also came with enough dishes, servierutensils, serviettes, etc. everyone loved eating! also friendly service that helped staff put everything in our vehicle. so glad I went with this location at other locations in aa. thank you!

Mobile app order was ready after the estimated time but not by too much. Staff seemed attentive to customers that were in the store. Food was good but one order was missing an item in the burrito bowl and quantity was less than the other bowl, when comparing the two. Tried the new pollo asado and liked it. Would order again. Carnitas is still the favorite. Steak was just okay for me. 4 stars since overall service was decent and food was great.

Food was good. Saw a lot of employees there but only like 1 actually working. So we waited in line for well over 15 minutes (line only had 4 ppl ahead of us) but the guy working was super friendly and the food was delicious.

The employees are nice. The problem was they didn't have carnitas. Plus the guy needs to learn to tighten the burrito more. At least a third of my toppings came out the bottom. As I'm sitting here the cashier finally decided to help. Lack of a team though. Also the Ciltrano lime rice was overpowering with lime.. will I be back? Probably not

I generally rate Chipotle shops with 5 stars, but this particular one is inconsistent with (can you believe it?? the lettuce. Instead of the usual fresh romaine, my last salad used what tasted like savory spring mix. I would have preferred being told if they were out of romaine lettuce.
