Flavor, heat, signature cocktails were all amazing

Love their Tikka Masala, and love how careful they are with allergies most of the time (last time they wrote 'nut allergy ' on the lid of my containers and it made me feel very confident that the food was safe for me to eat). My big complaint: why have a phone number if you don 't pick it up or allow us to leave messages? I called to ask a question about one of their menu items and got a recorded message and couldn 't leave a voicemail or anything. Also, it would be helpful to allow people to select their pickup time, or place an order for the future if they don 't want the earliest pick up time.

The food was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, even though I arrived a few minutes after closing to pick up my order. The tandoori chicken was perfectly moist and had just the right amount of spice. The samosas and sauces were excellent, and the rice was wonderfully fragrant and full of flavor. The only suggestion I have is to allow customers to make notes when placing orders online. For instance, it would be helpful to indicate if I need to avoid onions due to an allergy. Overall, I'm thrilled to have discovered this restaurant and can't wait to try more of their dishes!

I recently returned to Ann Arbor and had been craving good Indian food for weeks. I finally decided to try Cardamom, and I'm so glad I did. In this post-buffet era of 2022, it makes sense to indulge in the best instead of relying on less affordable options like Madras Masala. The food here is fantastic, plain and simple. I ordered dal tadka and bhindi masala, along with some samosas, and everything was perfect. The chutneys were spot on, and the spice level was just right (I asked for it hot, and they delivered). The hostess who rang me up was also charming. Thank you for a wonderful meal; I will definitely be back soon! P.S. I’ve added a picture of my spoon selection for a bit of comic relief—someone forgot to bring their silverware during the move but didn’t let that spoil the experience of a great meal.

The food was incredible, and the service was excellent, with fantastic flavors all around. The only downside was that they charged for refills on fountain drinks.
