Wendy's - Ann Arbor Charter Township

No complaints. Just normal Wendy’s food. I only eat fast food when I’m on the road and don’t have time to eat decent meal at a restaurant.

Worst wendys I've been to. Staff is consistently rude, my order is consistently wrong, and the wait time is consistently 20minutes. I don't know why I've given this location so many second chances but this has been my experience about 6 visits in a row.

I like Wendy’s but this was terrible. There were about 6 employees working there behind the counter and yet I had to wait about 25 minutes for my burger. The fries were cold and most of the soda flavors were not available. When I finally got my burger, the order was wrong and the bun was stale. I don’t know what went wrong but this was absolutely awful! Count this as zero stars!

They are trying to get it together with new hires. The new guy Eddie is amazing at the drive-thru. He is professional and polite. Don't give up on this location.!
