Bidra med feedbackA cozy and small restaurant. With reasonably good thai food. The tom yum soup tasted great but was a little heavy on the Galangal. All the veg starters were excellent. The tom kha was a little too heavy on the cocounut cream and we had to return it. Very warm hospitality and a welcome change for the taste buds from all the breads!
We got takeaway from Lotus Blossom, and being a huge Thai food fan, I have to say the food is definitely up to the mark. I loved the Glass noodle salad and crispy lotus stem. I was impressed with their packaging and how they sent little condiments on the side. They have a great variety of dishes on their menu. I would definitely recommend this place, for dining in and delivery. Can't wait to try their other dishes!
Puneet Saini and I discovered this restaurant while driving to the Saturday night market in Goa, its right on the road and has good accessibility and parking.<br/ <br/ The menu had a good variety of your regular Thai fare, with a good mix of salads, appetizers and mains.<br/ <br/ The vegetarian starter platter was a mixed bag, the spring roll were great, as was the tofu, however the corn cakes lacked any bite and were sort of soggy. They also didn't bring out the shitake mushroom and only did so after our prodding.<br/ <br/ The mains fared better, the massaaman curry was delightful and delicately flavoured, the stir fry pok choi, mushrooms and brocolli was also nice. However the pad thai was a little on the sweeter side than what I enjoy.<br/ <br/ I would request the work on their lighting as the place has dark spots with lighting not working and some places just didn't have fans.<br/ <br/ I think Lotus Blossom has fantastic potential. Just needs a little more of a push.<br/ <br/ <br/ <br/
Complex tangy flavours laden with kafir lime, galangal and lots more. Try the Kafir Lime Margarita, the green curry and Bangkok platter. The design is so tasteful with gorgeous murals, contemporary styled picnic tables and massive cane lamp shades. Radhika and Vikram are great to chat with. Conveniently located opposite the new petrol pump in Arpora.
Lotus Blossom is a rare find in Goa and once you do....you can get addicted to their food!! We went two nights in a row and that says a lot!! Radhika and the thai chef make the meals memorable! This place is semi outdoor and please remember to carry some sort of a mosquito repellant. The prawn crackers and sambal were good start and their lemongrass iced tea is very refreshing. The tom yum soup, som tham salad with dry prawns, minced chicken with chilli basil, tom kha soup, chicken satay, thai fried rice, tamarind prawns, prawns in pepper garlic were an absolute delight. The fishcakes weren't so great and the desserts can be missed. Overall a fantastic meal!! Cant wait to get back to Goa and have a meal again!!
