We had dinner on the terrace waiting for the corner fireworks. the welcome is pleasant, the attentive and efficient service and if you take the trouble to look at the extra map proposed on a small slate, you will discover Basque specialties ... we have thus among other things feasted with chipirons at the plancha, accompanied by an original wine having previously been immersed in the bay of socoa! brief a good time
Gourmet tapas plate to share with family or friends, delicious patxi plate and axoa to the top!
Warm welcome attentive waitress and good adviceplats good quality price a good address for a family meal
Come with family with a dog without reservation we were very well received. impeccable welcome and tips on welcome foods and drinks. apéro we took the half plate of tapas, enough for 4. Good but no more. On the other hand, a treat be the dish of mussels with homemade fries and sauce, the homemade burger with its perfect cooking and conforming to demand and especially the chipirons at the plancha a pure delight with an exquisite taste and a perfect cooking that is not often found elsewhere. The only 2 flats are the basque cider that gets closer to a peeling apple juice and the addition. For the addition I explain we have been coming for several years to the Basque country the reception is on top but forcing to speak about it in the national media more and more world and since 5 to 10 years the prices have joined those of other tourist regions. 1 or 2 euros less per course would be welcome. I say it's the same in the whole Basque country. I recommend this restaurant to welcome, quality of products, real homemade and chipirons that are to fall.
We had come two years ago with friends and kept a good memory of this restaurant. This year during the bayonne celebrations, we were very welcome by the waitresses. However, we were disappointed by the quality of the chosen dishes. The tapas plate was quite some sort of thing and didn't seem home. The chipirons and the bascaise tuna didn't come out of the ordinary, but the ribs made our daughter. the note remains at the price of the "homemade" thing.
