Texas Pit Bbq - Angier

Honestly, it was terrible. The ribs were so dried out we couldn't even bite into them and the pork tasted stale and was dry as well. We ended up throwing out a lot of food. We have come here in the past and had loved it but the quality has just gone down hill unfortunately.

I love love the smoked turkey! I also could buy the green beans in bulk haha super friendly staff! I am comfortable bringing my kids here and not having to worry they are too loud.

LOVE this place. Brisket is fantastic. I would eat here every day if I could swing it. Not a turkey fan but at Texas Pit I love it. All their meats are awesome except one but that may be just me so I will leave it alone. I order meat from here every year for thanksgiving and that has become a family tradition. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Finally, there was a place that makes beef brisket as I was used. The whole meal was great and the staff were super nice. This is my new favorite place to eat now!

I had the sliced brisket sandwich best ever. Good beer selection, especially local beers. Friendly staff!
