We tasted a local specialty, the pastis vendeen. It is a great classic of local gastronomy, which has nothing to envy to the marseillaise yellow soup. then we took a dish of the day consisting of a crushed sweet potato and finely detailed pork meat. the unique flavor of chamboo sauce me. and to finish, I was entitled to a chest of brown. the brown mixture, mascarpone, Breton palace reminded me of the autumn colors of my sweet anjou. the reception of the hostess and the service were perfect. The table was elegant and we were very well installed. I recommend this address with closed eyes (but well open taste buds).

I loved this place discovered this Friday. a large aperitif plate and the dish was delicious. A good address has been to redo.
