Bidra med feedbackThis was the worst dining experience I have ever had. My party of three arrived at Paris City Cafe on a Monday evening at 6pm with the restaurant fairly empty. We chose to sit and order at the restaurant due to their appealing menu. Despite there only being two other tables of customers - one group of 6 already eating and a couple awaiting their meals - our service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We ordered a Caesar salad, poached salmon, and 2 aglio olio shrimp dishes. The Caesar salad arrived promptly and was good, but the other dishes were extremely delayed. After receiving only 1 aglio olio shrimp dish after a 15 minute wait, we repeatedly asked for our other meals to no avail. The waitstaff was unresponsive and unhelpful, providing excuses instead of solutions. It took over 42 minutes for the remaining 2 entrees to arrive, with the poached salmon being overly salty and the aglio olio shrimp dish cold. To make matters worse, our water glasses were never refilled. The disrespectful and unprofessional manner in which our concerns were handled by the staff was unacceptable. Overall, our experience at Paris City Cafe was a complete disappointment.
This restaurant receives top marks for service, atmosphere, and overall experience. Highly recommended!
