Every delicious dish and beautiful festive presentation!! The welcome with a cup of champagne was very appreciated!!! MERCI to the whole team and good year!!!

Very correct table in a nice setting. The dishes are very well staged, but the mouth barely gives the tone, simply because the tastes are flat, without a marked guideline. One example: the tuna tataki is more than honourable, but the addition of a lawyer does not make any sense, because the fruit of tonight was rather badly chosen and it swims in a lemon juice that drowns the intention of the chef. There may be a need to reflect on the overall balance of dishes and to refine the initial options. When Gagnaire adds liquorice to a dish, one is fascinated and one instinctively knows that one must be guided; idem for the Marcon mushroom round. Here, we feel that the general will of the Gourmands is good, but we cut off on the details. For the main vegetarian dish, it is a bit the same, because the pepper dominates and the mixture is disparate. Among the good points, the velvety of butternut is beautiful to look and good to swallow, just as the nems revisited. The pluma is very honorable, as well as the bar (a little too cooked) with excellent hulls. The desserts are correct. The atmosphere is good, the service also. Wine advice is adequate. The place is well attended. Book in advance.
