Arby's - Andover

Stopped through earlier today for lunch. Went through the drive thru and Samantha who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Got everything that we order. Had to park to side while they worked on our order, but do understand that the larger orders can take a bit longer and wait time was in no way excessive.

Counter help is bright, cheerful, and patient. Enjoyable to deal with. The restaurant is clean, airy (lots of windows and natural light), and has a comfortable temperature. Food was served hot but was typical fast food fare. Had the BLT special, jalapeno poppers (they were surprisingly good), and a soda.

I wish there was a wider drive thru lane. Once you pull in, you can't leave until you have gone completely through the line. I've watched it trap people long enough that they jump the curb and destroy the grass to leave.

I frequent this Arby’s for lunch and I haven’t had any bad experiences yet. The staff is always kind and friendly. My food is always correct and fresh. Prices are fair.

Food was cold. Chicken sandwich, fries and roast beef. Reported it, they didn't even off the comp the food.
