Mi Casa Leon - Anderson

My husband and I decided to have a date night with out the kids tonight Monday night) and we decided to have Mexican food. This restaurant is right off of the intersection of exit 14 by the old Budget Inn motel off of hwy 187! This was my first time visiting but my husband Will has been a few times alone and with our daughter. The food was absolutely ? wonderful and cooked fresh to order. Everything is made fresh! The salsa and chips! Fresh vegetables steamed/sizzling hot. The Steak and Shrimp ? plate came with seasoned fries and a side of Broccoli ? carrots ?! I can't say enough great things about this Mexican Restaurant! The owner is Sarah. She's on site and there is a open bar area. Plenty of booths and tables available. You must give this place a try on ur next craving for Mexican Food! I highly recommend. We decided to take the kids a plate home as well. We ordered a Child's chicken fingers with fries and ACC which is Shrimp ? and Rice with cheese sauce! Just plain out delicious ?! We will definitely return. Thanks for a great dinner Sarah. Food is always fresh and delicious. She has the best chips, they are thin and crispy. The salsa is very flavorful and not too hot.I have been eating here for a few years and I have never been disappointed in anyway.I recommend any of the lunch specials or if you want something a little different, try the Mexican hamburger it’s awesome!

The wonderful staff welcome us with a friendly smile every time we go here. The food is very good! The chips salsa are always fresh. Everyone in my family loves to eat here!Food: 5/5

Great location for the traveler! We were staying at the Anderson?Lake Hartwell KOA. This was just down the road less than 2 miles) and near the I-85 interchange. Decided to get take-out after a long day of travel. Not disappointed. Decor was bright cheery the staff was friendly welcoming. Surprised by the huge selection so there was something for everyone. A true gem. The food was very good as well! We had steak tacos, fajita salad, pollo con crema. Everything was hot very good when we got back to the campground. Reasonably priced very fresh. Worth a visit.

I had the mi casa Leon lunch special. Good bang for your buck. They give you a big portion, and it was delicious
