Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Overall, this is a good Zaxby's. I give 4 stars for service because the CSR that is always on the register is so nice. The atmosphere is 4 stars as well. I give that 4 stars because the other employees make sure the job gets done, but they don't have good communication skills whatsoever. It is disappointing but they have good food so I go there. That's was my one and only concern. If they fix their communication, then it will be a better Zaxby's. Overall, 4 stars. I am pleased with my past visits and my visit today.Parking: The parking is fine if you come on a normal time and hour.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible handicapped parking.

BUYER BEWARE: If I could rate service worse I would. Ordered online to have our order shorted by 3 pieces of chicken, and the egg rolls were BURNT. Called and spoke to the manager who told me I had to drive down there to get it fixed. So much for paying 8 dollars to have it delivered. If you order and have it delivered, WORST SERVICE EVER.Update: corporate satisfaction team contacted me and credited the amount for the missing and burnt items. Love Zaxby's food... Will still go to Hartwell GA store instead.

The food is generally very good and the selection is wide enough for most anyone’s taste. The problem at this store is the drive thru not giving you what you ordered or for forgetting an item completely, an item you paid for. The place can be so busy you don’t have time to check what’s in the bag before you pull away. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and got a box of deep fried chicken fingers. They completely forgot the veggie egg rolls that we ordered. This is not the first time this happened to us at Zaxby’s.Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken is better than fried for people with certain health restrictions.

Great convenience but they mostly get my food order wrong. Most of the staff are nice yet seemed rushed. The atmosphere is sometimes gloomy as you watch them interact.

The family got the Hot Honey Mustard dipped 6 chicken finger plate. 3 of us. 4th one always gets KFC. But us 3 enjoyed are meals. My sons could probably eat two plates at a time. ?
