Uncle Joe's Pizzeria - Anchorage

Not only was my collection very late, my 20 pieces chicken wings were burned. How can they serve the public black, carburized chicken wings? $28.99 in müll, and I made a nice tip when I put my order on the line here is a sweat.

I have no idea what has changed. This is not the 4/5 star ratings im ucustomed too at uncle joes. Came in for a pick up 2 minutes past when the order online said it would be ready and I still waited 20 more minutes. The whole time I could see part of my order just sitting on top of the oven. The pizza of uncle joes is almost unmatched locally and for the quality and service I'm usually ok with upcharge included for such quality. However today was not that day at all. The pizza was soggy and the box was wet on one of them. I'm not the type to stop going after 1 bad experience, however this time might be the exception. Staff was talking about staying up late partying and the consumption of cannabis loudly. It was not the experience I've had with uncle joes the last 10 years and I hope they fix it fast.

I call for a pick up special large cheese and they guy was very rude and wanted my first and last name, phone number, address, email. He said no pick up special, so I asked how much and wouldn't give a price. He sounded like a scammer, plus the pizza was burnt. Go to another Uncle Joe's where the have respect for people.

Ordered a large margarita pizza for take out. Picked up the pizza to find it was over cooked, crust burnt brown hard as a rock. Cheese to a chrisp. Then to top it off they put the tomatoes and basil on raw. Never in my life have I seen such a bad pizza.

Hit or miss. Ordered from Tudor location back in the Fall and our 2 pizzas were both missing finishing toppings. Emailed to let them know about the error and they were quick to make it right and fix that mistake with a giftcard. Fast forward to this past week, ordered from Jewel Lake location. Our pizza was missing its finishing topping yet again….And that was purchased using the giftcard from the first mistake. Sigh. I would take a bullet for their cheesy bread and their delivery was fast, but will be scoping out a different Go-to pizza spot
