Qdoba - Anchorage

I door dashed. Just because I'm not physically there to watch yall make my food does not mean to short me or anyone els thats not there on our orders. What was suppose to be a chicken quesadilla. Shame on yall frfr

Overall was as expected for a qdoba. the food was made fresh, at the order, the staff was friendly and the business was clean. I'd go to dinner again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. In the past, I used to receive a small portion of chips and a side of salsa instead of a tortilla when ordering a burrito shell. However, when I brought this up during my recent visit, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. I had done my research and mentioned my previous experiences, but he dismissed me, saying, "We never did that! They probably do." I was really taken aback by his attitude. It's been a consistent offering during my visits, and the way I was treated was uncalled for. I'm disappointed with both the service and the staff's attitude.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. When I called to discuss issues with the online ordering system, one of the employees simply informed me of the opening hours and then hung up. I attempted to place an order online again, but when I reached the checkout, I encountered problems that prevented me from completing my order for my three meals. I've been coming here since at least 2014, but the service has been consistently declining lately. I definitely won’t be returning.

From the very first day, I found the people here to be very friendly and attentive. The food tastes excellent, though sometimes the portions are a bit small and you might want to ask for a little extra. However, they are always understanding! I believe they are doing a great job, especially considering the challenges of COVID-19. It’s nice to be able to order and eat on-site. I really enjoy this place, Qdoba, and I appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in!
