Bidra med feedbackHave been trying to order from here for a hot minute because I love their tacos but they won't pick up their phone and for some reason the online ordering system won't take any card I try to input into the system to pay...I've tried several of mine and several of my friends, all different brands and all with more than enough in there to pay for the orders. The website just tells me something went wrong with my card and to input the card info again. Not sure what to do at this point as their phone mailbox is also full. This is my last ditch attempt at figuring this out so I can have those amazing tacos again.
Avoid this restaurant, go somewhere else for your tea, coffee, or pastries. Their storefront is closed and you order online two other people were turned away at the door as well as our family. We ordered online and after waiting nearly 30 minutes, and we ended up leaving and they refunded our order. It says a lot about their service when they'd rather turn people away then make their orders.
My first time trying this place and wow, I’m in love. I’m definitely coming back. Their Tacos are pretty great and this hibiscus drink is my favorite so far.
They’re only doing take away orders and their online system is fairly straightforward and easy to use on mobile. I loved how everything was fresh, the BLT was pretty much perfect though I wish I could taste more of the tomato. Also I was pretty unimpressed with the chips, but the dip was pretty tasty with the sandwich. Elote, concha and avgolemono soup was awesome. Will come again!
I have eaten from here several times and really enjoyed the food. In mid-February, I ordered a Thai-style wrap and a boba taro tea. The wrap had a just OK flavor and was really hard to eat, as it was really saucy and dripping everywhere. I didn't even want to set it back in the to-go container after taking a bite, as there was a puddle of sauce/water as the bottom. The drink was really yummy, as they always seem to be. I waited quite a bit longer than their listed wait-time window indicated, and had to call twice to get an idea of when my food would be ready; no one picked up the first time.I just popped on their website to see that they are still curb-side or delivery only. I don't like ordering online, as their website ordering is clunky. Even if they don't want to offer dine-in, I'd really like to just walk in and up to the counter to place an order to go. I think I'll skip ordering from here until that time.
