Norton Sound Seafood House - Anchorage

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Expecting typical airport, food, but the fish and chips were absolutely delicious! One of my favorite meals that I have in Anchorage. Big shout out to Meghan, who handled the entire dining as they were short staffed. Thanks Meghan you rocked it!!!

Only open restaurant late at night in the anchorage airport to feed us starving humans. The food was decent but super overpriced specially the halibut . A tiny halibut with a few carrots and some mashed potatoes cost 40 bucks. The other items had decent portions but pricey . Our server was nice and kind though . You can go to this place if you have no other options at the airport

Their food was excellent!!! Our waiter, very calm and positive, allowed us to have a great time even though the place was busy. Great job!!!

Filthy, 2 waitresses for a full house. Waited 15 min for our table to be wiped down so we did it ourselves. Waited another 30 min for 2 bowls of chowder. We are coming to Alaska to fish every year and will warn all travelers we know. Very negative experience to end our great trip. Shame on this business!!

We’re vegetarians and there were two sandwiches on the menu that we could eat. Both were great. There was only one waitress managing the entire restaurant. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but we didn’t mind. She was kind and friendly. She had to turn away about 10-12 groups after us that were waiting to eat as she was working all alone. The management really needs to rethink their staffing strategy. We felt terrible for her having to manage all the tables and the bar.Vegetarian options: The caprese sandwich was delicious!
