Why does requesting something on the side mean it’s not included at all? Also, do you ever check to go orders? About to stop ordering from you guys because orders consistently miss items.

Food was great but the last two times I ordered through door dash a food item was missing or incorrect. One order I ordered loaded fries and only got garlic fries and the most recent time I ordered chowder and it was missing from my order.

We hired Main Event to cater an off site event for us. We loved the food and service. Main Event also supplied a bartender (shout out to Bridget! . Everything went perfectly. It was really nice to concentrate on the people attending and not on the food, etc. Definitely would do again.

Everyone’s food was great except my codon blue chicken sandwich. The sandwich was dry, only had 2 tiny chicken strips and the ham was square Oscar Meyer types cheap slices terribly disappointing. We love eating at Main Event great food with very original options. I love their Fireweed sweet tea. Main Event also catered my daughter's wedding everything was wonderful everyone especially loved the charcuterie table.
