City Diner - Anchorage

I used to really like this place as you could almost always get a decent breakfast or lunch at a decent price. Not anymore. Went there today and it was disgusting. Putrid. Last couple times there has not been good. Ordered a Denver omelette and asked before hand if they precooked the onions and peppers as I like mine not cooked. They said no. Got it and it was pure mush. Looked like it had already been eaten too. And no cheese when they said cheese. Absolutely disgusting! Better off getting a sausage biscuit at McDonald’s. And waaay cheaper!

I was looking for somewhere to have breakfast after determining the free hotel buffet wasn 't my style. So we found this place and I must say, everything about my bacon and eggs was perfect. The fresh fruit was just that very fresh! A great way to start the day. The service was also excellent and the staff were very friendly. I received my breakfast within minutes.

Our service and meal were both very good. This is your typical diner with booths in a row around edge.

Love comes to samis for a fast meal. every time I am impressed and love the friendly service. they always bring a pitcher of diet coke, which I very much appreciate. the food is good and tasteful (each with corn beef and roast beef are my favourites) and the prices are fair.

The personal is amazing, the food proportions never disappointed. eating is tasteful the environment is aesthetic and clean. I love this diner, I go there to eat when this is too fast or when I'm sad. I always leave here quite satisfied and happy! the menu includes a variety that makes you price. love it here hope that it will stay around for many more years.
