China Town - Anchorage

Not going back. I ordered cashew chicken, I got peanuts and chicken Food was not that good. Server was not sure what was on the menu. Another server could not identify the food the customer ordered. Went in a second time for a to go order. (It took an hourbefore I got my food). Still, the food was not that good. Bye Bye China Town.

Trash. Once this placed ruled the Chinese food game in Anchorage now it's cut so many corners that I would rather have microwave Chinese. $22.00 for a combo that barely has a hand full of Mongolian beef. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

I ordered the crispy duck through door dash and they did fine with the delivery. The food was awful! And when I called the restaurant to complain, and asked if they cared, the lady said no they didn't care. She said call door dash customer serviceand they will refund my money and charge the restaurant back. Seriously? Meanwhile I paid over 40 dollars and could not eatthe food, well except for half the the rice. Kind of hard to mess up white rice. AWFUL! Awful! Awful. I very seldomcomplain about anything. Ever! This restaurant clearly didn't care.

Did an online order, and the fried rice is literally stale and not edible. The tropical tea tastes like straight up syrup. I usually don’t leave reviews and when I do they are usually good ones. But seriously, This may sound extreme and exaggerated, I don’t know how the food can be this bad and still in business…this is some safety issues we’re talking about.

The food is always tasty when ordering from here, however the delivery service needs to be better. Maybe the to-go boxes need to be better?... Everytime I order delivery, I recieve my order and the inside of the bag is SOAKED in sauce from the stuff I ordered.
