Burger King - Anchorage

Always wrong order and never a good employee Always rude today went there asked for light ice and got attitude idk why it's still open

Burger King messed up my order this morning. They never gave me one of the items. And They forgot to add things to one of the sandwiches. I can understand that they are unfortunately understaffed. So I went back through the drive-through and just kindly asked if I could have the sandwich remade and get the order of hashbrowns that should have been there in the first place. But they only gave me the order of hashbrowns and joked around about how I was picking on them for simply wanting to get what I paid for. I wasn’t demanding or anything. But they could’ve at least gave me the other sandwich that was complete and apologized without side comments.

Drive thru was slow, order was missing 1 large fries, only had the Cherry frozen soda.

Rude as hell management, do not go here or order from hereEdit 09/12/23 5:37pm: woman up front was extremely nice but informed me not only was dimond the only one with wraps but no BK in AK was participating in the family bundle. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Franchises aren't always the best.

Despite a staffing shortage and the lobby being closed. They took amazing care of us. The food was super tasty and it was a happy note to a long day.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whoppers are very good and juicy.
