Mcdonald's - Ancaster

Very neat business. the order came fast and the burger was cooked to perfection loved it. the service was on the point, although it was super busy to eat and drive through. kudos to the team .

Small tip.. when someone spends over $40 at your store don’t make them wait 45min for cardboard nuggets and mayo sandwich. Get good bro. Both me and my partner work in restaurants so we can understand but how hard can it be. Not rocket science.

I asked for a small burger and fries with a medium Strawberry milkshake. I was rushing , the sole reason for going to a drive through. I received a chocolate milkshake and a big mac. I cant eat lettuce and I hate chocolate milkshakes. But the server was pleasant and that where the points go to. So it'll be a while before I go again

After several orders I'm no longer willing to visit this location. In all instances the meal suffered from freshness issues and very poor preparation. I would not eat at this location again even if the food was free.

Congrats on being the worlds slowest McDonald’s, night shift get your act together. People working during the day can serve a restaurant and much busier driver through in decent time, but at night when there’s only 5 cars in the drive through? Have fun waiting 30 minutes
