My daughter and family had a great experience, and the food was outstanding. The Mongolian Beef is definitely a go-to!!!! Parking in the adjacent parking lot is horrible though!

My husband called same day to make reservations for dinner. We relieved a confirmation text as well, once we arrived the two young hostesses couldn’t find our reservation. We showed them proof of phone call with that location and text message confirmation. They were not willing to make arrangements and said “We are booked and can put you on the list.” The one with the braces, brunette hair had no good customer service. She would laugh and kept going back and forth with us about not being able to do anything for our situation. We asked for a manager and she said “they’re going to say the same thing” while laughing and giving attitude. Once the manager arrived he confirmed that we did make reservations but somehow their system didn’t mark it. He was able to accommodate us right away and attended us throughout the night. On our way out we went to get our parking ticket validated and the same girls still remained with attitude and “explained” the ticket process with low tone and pretty much couldn’t understand a single word she was saying. Food is great but their hostesses need more training in customer service.Parking: Parking structure, tickets are validated for 2 hours

Came here Saturday March 9th to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family and it was a blasts! Our waitress Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my entire experience and acted as a host , and problem solver the entire time ! He managed to keep my ballooons safe when they floated to the ceiling , he took amazing pictures with several angels of my birthday experience with my family, he made sure I felt special for my day and gave out cake ? with candles towards the end.he helped my family set up my table with all of my childhood pictures , lights, confetti , you name it! Will recommend Mike to anyone who wants a guaranteed 5 star experience! He didn’t once dwell off from my family he made sure we always had drinks , our food in a timely manner and we were having a great time. Thank you Mike for making my birthday special at a restaurant! Didn’t expect it to turn out so well! ????????5 ?????. Hey bosses of P.F. Chang’s! If you’re reading this ; give Mike a raise and some praise!!! He did an amazing job!

Great service and a wonderful place to go while on vacation.

Monse was amazing! She was very sweet and made us feel comfortable! The food was good especially the lunch bowls!
