Bidra med feedbackI went into this location after having a wonder day and it killed my mood to start. There was no greeting. I didn’t see one employee smile. There was a tall Caucasian man, whom seemed to be the manager, doing something behind the counter. Since I did not get greeted or even acknowledged I had to ask him where o order. He mumbled that I could order there at the cashier. There was not a cashier standing there at the moment as the employees were at the other end of the walkway (where the sandwiches are made), hence the reason why I was not sure where to order.Well, by the time I had left there (take out, NOT dine in) I felt like I should have never stopped by this location. It completely drained the “good vibes” out of me. Paying $14 for a sandwich (not a combo) would have felt better if it would have come with good customer service.
Sandwiches were alright, but servers are rude and inattentive acted like I didn’t come in. Keep in mind empty store with two employees inside, I understand it’s late at night I wouldn’t want to work late either but some form of acknowledgement goes a long way. Will not be coming back.
Food is decent and quickly prepared but staff barely smiles and tables didnt look like theyre checked on often.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal comes with a treat and a fun fireman hat
Good food, good service and discounts for Veterans...
