May Palace Chinese - Anaconda

I really enjoy the May Palace. The food is always delicious. The service is fast but relaxed., and generous servings. It's also clean and comfy.

The food is decent but you never know when the owner will arbitrarily close for the day. Terrible way to run a restaurant!! It's expensive too!!!

First time to Anaconda, Montana. We came over for a Softball Tourney last day here and was happy to see there was a Chinese place in town. The waitress seemed a little short and rude not the best start. Smiled at the kid that delivered the food didn't have the courtesy to smile back. Not the most inviting vibes. The food was mediocre. Chowmein was good everything was not. Definitely not coming back here again.

I was the only one walked in at 4p to eat, there were some people in the attached casino however. The food came out in less than 5 minutes but it was steaming hot! I decided to try a dish I've never tried at any Chinese restaurant, Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. It came with a plethora of perfectly cooked veggies! The menu didn't seem to mention it but you also get a choice of soup and rice. I got hot and sour soup and paid the extra $1 for fried vs white rice. I thought it would have pork or something in it but it was just rice in soy sauce or something similar, not worth the extra dollar, now I know! I would say the food is pretty good, I'm happy.
