St. George - Amsterdam

We were recently in Amsterdam and seeking a good restaurant close to our hotel and was invited in to your restaurant by Miska Slivkova to try out the specials that were advertised...what a gem we found! The steak was amazing and the personnel were truly delightful and attentive. It was so good, that we headed back to the restaurant the 2nd day for another fabulous steak dinner....in addition were treated to a Chocolate, caramel and sea salt cake personally made for us by Miska Slivkova, our waitress from the night before. You cannot find a better place that serves great food and has great staff! Hello from Minnesota!

Me and my family was looking for a restaurant on our way back to our hotel. We stopped at St George. It's was the best decision of the day, because after a long day of traveling, plane food, shopping and very much plenty walking, the only thing that can give you some sense of worthwhile is a great meal and a good attention, and that's my friends is what we get at St George Amsterdam. I totally recommend it!

We bumped into this restaurant accidentally on our last night in Amsterdam..it turned out to be the perfect goodbye meal! The staff is extremely nice and the food was reeeally tasty. Try the grilled salmon with their homemade spicy sauce, it's brilliant :

Heerlijke ossenhaasbiefstuk van de grill gegeten! Lekker zelfgebakken brood, verse friet, goeie salade en vooral de supervriendelijke bediening, echt een aanrader!

We were welcomed warmly at the door on arrival. The wait staff were most helpful with their recommendations. We had two perfectly cooked Argentinien Fillet steaks, just to our liking. Well done everyone. Next time I'm in Amsterdam I will return.
