Papa John's Pizza - Amstelveen

Ordered at 7:10 pm , started calling every 5 mins from 7:50 . Went in person at 8:10. Phone had the ringer off why calls were not answered) a single staff member handling taking orders, making pizzas and suppose to answer phone . I had to go back home and pizza was delivered at 8:30 . Absolutely not logical if they answered the phone and told me about the delay I would have picked up the pizza instead of having 3 hungry kids waiting for their food .

First time customer, last time customer, should have checked here first. Ordered a couple pizza's, didn't get delivered. No one picks up the phone. Ended up emailing the Papa Johns Netherlands office and they were so blase about it, even with mentioning this ongoing issue of non-delivery according to the google reviews. I did receive a refund after 7 days. For those in a similar situation, go to the main website, then bottom left there is a contact page with the email address of the head quarters in NL where you can chase after your money. Not sure how they will keep competing against pizza joints that DO deliver and pick up the phone...

Great place for a snack or full lunch. Portions are big. Big choice of toppings and sides. My favorite spot for lunch. Can order in advance and pick it up. Great loyalty program. Nice options for lunch for great price.

I scheduled a delivery 4 hours before the desired delivery time. The pizza was delivered 1 hour late. At least it was warm, which only meant that they prepared it late! The branch in Amstelveen was not responding to phone calls, so we had no way of contacting them

AVOID ORDERING IT FROM HERE. The worst experience ever. I ordered two pizzas at around 7:00pm to be delivered at 8:30pm. The pizzas never got delivered. I tried calling them but no one picks up the call.
