A star per criterion appreciated: I needed more. warm welcome and accompaniment throughout by the Chef de rang. the principle of this restaurant lies in training young people in professional reintegration to accompany them to the nearby restaurants. the above principle generates an undisputable quality of products because they are fresh, this to learn the cuisine from From To to Z. Then it brings a reduction of costs, and dishes at unbeatable prices, without reducing the quality. the visual atmosphere is not yet developed, but the space is pleasant and very voluminous (can accommodate special events), with a more cozy corner, and a respect for sanitary rules due to spacing.
