Sushi Studio - Amman

This is an excellent sushi restaurant, everything is tasteful and very high quality. I don't understand why so many negative views I think these people don't understand what sushi is. The compliments for cooking are excellent. The service is also very good, then the quinces took their time to answer all our questions politely and very respectfully.

My sushi was fantastic. I got a salmon uramaki, and a crab eel uramaki, and both were delicious and burst with taste. The kani salad and Ebi tempura were also beautiful supplements.

I'm new to Sushi so I might not be a good judge to taste. But I enjoyed the food and the presentation. The place is cute and cozy, but the staff can be more friendly because I didn't even see them smile.

Love this place. It’s my go to place whenever I’m craving sushi! It’s always fresh. I took one star away because I’ve been going there for a while and I feel like the portions are getting smaller (edamame, crab salad and the shrimp tempuras) plus it’s hard to find a good parking spot.
