Bidra med feedbackEven though we arrived intending to have breakfast, the breakfast menu had concluded an hour prior. Despite this, we opted for lighter lunch options instead. We chose the chicken club sandwich and corn salad, both of which were fantastic and flavorful. To accompany our meal, I selected the mixed berries smoothie, which was also a delightful choice.
I looove paul. They have the best food and best service
The cuisine was delightful, and the service was outstanding. Nevertheless, it's disheartening that the most appealing section of the restaurant caters to smokers, especially considering the global shift towards discouraging smoking. While many restaurants have eliminated smoking zones, it appears that Paul has chosen not to align with this trend.
Usually my reviews are positive but I am sorry to post that this restaurant does not in any way represent or keep up to Paul standards. I have tried Paul in Dubai and other countries and there the food was excellent and service was great. Here in City mall, Amman the service was very slow and food presentation was poor.. Even the argument with staff members was sterile!!!!
We were completely disappointed by this outlet. We dined at many Paul locations in Middle East and France, but we were completely surprised by the attitude of the staff. Here are our comments: 1- the place opened up at 9am as scheduled, but we walked in few minute after 9am. The sweets/cakes display was empty. It’s ok, we still sat down to look at the menu. 2- We wanted to order for 5 people, but were surprised when the waiter mentioned that there was no croissants!!!!! Seriously!!! NO CROISSANTS!!! A French bakery with no croissants. 3- I was like it’s ok, the the price change since we get less of that order without croissants. Th waiter indicated NO, we still have to pay full price. 4- I then asked the poorly trained waiter “ what’s stopping us from going to Starbucks who always have croissants”.. here is what the poorly trained waiter had to see “it’s up to you”!!!! 5- the waited was apparently poorly trained. He didn’t even attempt to make us happy. He didn’t even try to give us another option. He didn’t even bother give us any information on when croissants would be available. He just said “it’s up to you”!!! So, with this attitude, we left the restaurant and went to Starbucks. Completely disappointed and will never go to this restaurant or at least this outlet ever again. Very bad service.
