Le Wakam is a very good and nicely decorated restaurant, located in the very charming quarter Leu. It offers a great variety of African dishes and drinks. The waiter is friendly and knows a lot about African music. The food is tasty and spicy. The...portions are big, so beware not to loose your appetite after the starters. Next to restaurant, there is a relaxd café where you can enjoy many kinds of rum and reggae music.

Completely fan of this restaurant for many years, we have observed its fall. A very small card, a missing originality. like the quality of its dishes, and what to say in the plate. We could count on the hand the small pieces of meat... even the "aperro's plate" had become uninteresting! The service has become endless. not always very friendly and an ice-cold atmosphere! The price had become unjustified.Today it has closed to leave room for a bar...
