Dunkin' - Amherst

Today my drive thru pickup order was efficient; yesterday there was a significant backup and wait. I always get the correct order though and quite enjoyed my coffee this morning

We always receive fantastic service and delicious coffee and treats when we go through the drive thru at this Dunkin'. The people who take our Orders are always efficient and VERY POLITE. Our orders come out as requested every time we pull into thisfranchise never any mix ups! Every employee is always peasant and professional. A joy to stop in to get out Dunkin!

Terribly made fall apart muffins and burnt hard croissantsStrawberry sprinkles donut came with barely any Strawberry creme and zero sprinklesOrdered Vanilla creme donut, some chocolate thing came insteadCoffee was okay

The restaurant was nice and clean, including the bathrooms. The food was good, but the service was only average because there were a few new staff members working that day. One of the counter tables even had built-in wireless phone chargers, which I thought was pretty awesome.

Every visit to this Dunkin' has been a delightful five-star experience with no surprises. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Our orders have been perfect every time, exactly as requested. The breakfast sandwiches were served hot, fresh, and delicious. Both the coffee and tea were steaming and prepared just as we ordered. The drive-thru service is fast and convenient, and the staff always greets you with a smile.
