My boyfriend and I were searching for a quick bite to eat after a nearby hike, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available here! When we inquired about vegan grab-and-go choices, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Victor Andrade, who showed us an array of vegan offerings. It was a delight to chat with him! The food was amazing; we tried the rice paper rolls along with some delicious dips. Each rice paper roll was unique, featuring its own flavor profile paired with a specific dipping sauce. I popped in while working in town and found a great selection of vitamins and groceries. The owner was very nice and friendly. There's a new kitchen at the back preparing fresh, plant-based takeaway food!
